A light topping for cakes or pies. This frosting
is also great on

In a small mixing bowl place 3 cups of your
favorite
whipped cream topping (dairy or non-dairy). Add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa and 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar and whip with an electric mixer at high speed. Add a teaspoon of vanilla and mix again. |
