Chocolate Frosting

For a chocolate frosting melt 1/4 cup of butter, 3 tablespoons of
unsweetened cocoa in a small sauce pan. Then add 1 1/2 cups of
powdered sugar (10X) and a teaspoon of vanilla. Complete with
2 tablespoons of milk and a few chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
