Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Many have an oatmeal raisin recipe, but mine is better. They're always
chewy and flavorful. Easy to make everyone will love them.

Mine are better
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups instant oats
1/2 cup raisins
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with an electric mixer. Then add sugar and blend thoroughly. Add egg, vanilla and mix until batter is smooth.
2. In a small mixing bowl sift together flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Gradually add dry mixture to batter and blend until combined.
3. Add oats and mix completely. Then mix raisins into the batter.
4. Roll the dough into 1inch balls, place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
