Flourless Chocolate Cake
The rich flavor of chocolate for the chocolate lover with class. This is an elegant desert with flare and is perfect for a romantic treat or something specials for the guests
5) Pour batter into a floured spring form pan with the bottom lined in wax paper; 6) Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until edges begin to separate from the sides of the pan; 7) Cool in pan then invert onto a serving plate and remove wax paper; 8) Pour Chocolate over cake and spread smooth. Place miniature chips top outer edges of cake.
Ingredients 2 sticks of butter;
1-1/2 of semi-sweet chocolate pieces; 1/2 cup of miniature chocolate pieces; 1 cup of sugar; 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa; 6 eggs; 2 tablespoons of chocolate liqueur or coffee.
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees; 2) In a double boiler melt the butter and chocolate then set aside; 3) Using a high speed mixer or food possessor mix sugar and eggs; 4) Add chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. Then add cocoa and liqueur;
Double Chocolate
In a small heavy sauce pan melt 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of light corn syrup constantly stirring. Stir in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips until melted Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of butter and 2 tables of chocolate liqueur.
